Terms & Conditions

The warranty becomes active from the date of VIATEK invoice.
Warranty means repair and not exchange.
Warranty does not cover software.
Warranty is against manufacturing defects only, and in accordance with the Supplier’s terms, conditions and time schedule.

The warranty will be void in the following cases:
• The unit has been misused, abused or damaged.
• The serial number of the unit has been tampered with
• The unit has been repaired or serviced by a non-authorized technician.
