No Cash Refund:

The value of the Exchanged item(s) is kept in the customer’s VIATEK account.
In the event that the purchase was made with a Credit Card, the C.C fees will be deducted and only the remaining amount will be kept in the customer’s VIATEK account.

Products can only be exchanged once, within 10 days of the date of purchase.

Returned items must be in their original packaging, sealed and unused.

The Original invoice, receipt or exchange card is required at the time of return/exchange.

Gift Cards cannot be exchanged with cash.

When returning an item, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost if any.
Return cost will be deducted from the customer’s refund value.

In case of a price change, the customer will bear the loss of the price difference.
Items bought in sets or as a bundle cannot be returned or exchanged separately

Non-Returnable Items:

• Personal care Products
• Smartphones, Tablets
• Any Product with a built-in rechargeable battery
• Items with a short shelf life.
• Special Request Items

 Goods are returned based on the updated market price on the day of return
